FAQ

Are the frames handmade?

Yes. We make each frame by hand in our Burleigh Heads studio, from cutting the timber through to sanding, finishing and putting it all together. Nothing is dropshipped or bought in pre-made — we make the frames ourselves.

What size are the frames?

Each frame is designed to hold Instax Mini–sized photos measuring 54 × 86 mm, making it easy to swap your favourite pictures whenever you like.

What image files can I upload?

PNG and JPEG image files are supported.

How are the photos printed?

Your photos are printed in-house on a Canon PRO-1000 using quality photo paper, so they come out sharp, detailed and ready to go straight into your frame.

Can I change my pictures after ordering?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
