We print on Canson Infinity Edition Etching Rag 310gsm as our standard—a museum-grade, 100% cotton fine-art paper chosen for its beautiful texture, durability, and archival quality.
How long will delivery take?
Your order will arrive within approximately 2-3 weeks.
Where is my order shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our workshop in Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast.

How are the frames shipped?
Frames are carefully bubble wrapped and packed in custom made, double wall cardboard boxes. All shipments are insured against loss or damage.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched, typically 10 to 12 days after placing your order.
How can I change my address after purchasing?
You can contact us to update your address as long as your order has not yet been shipped. After dispatch, you can contact the courier directly using the details provided in your tracking email.
